Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused * and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
* This also means it cannot have already been washed.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any items returned showing signs of use and / or washing will not be replaced and will be returned to you. To discuss a return please contact me at email@example.com with your full name, order number and date of order. Please note that without these details I will not be able to locate your order to discuss further.
Customised items is anything tailer made or altered to suit you. This is exempt from distance selling regulations and refunds and exchanges are not accepted.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
All of our post is sent second class.
If you believe your order is lost please wait 10 working days after your dispatch email to contact us.
The Royal Mail require a certain period of time to pass before any parcel may be considered lost, if your order does not arrive during this given period then your order will be replaced and resent.
If the item was ready made then a full refund will be issued.
Please note that the replacement order will be sent as per the original order, no changes to sizes, designs, delivery address etc, can be accepted.
To return your product, you should mail it to: Ozzy Bear Originals, 106 Creed Road, Oundle, Northamptonshire, PE8 4QN.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return times may vary depending on where you live.
If you are shipping an order over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service/cover for the amount of your order. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly suggest that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging.
If the product is damaged, we reserve the right to deduct any depreciation in value when refunding the product.
