This must be purchased per exclusive design if you wish to have the design printed and then sold on as fabric.
If you have purhcased 5 designs, you must purchase 5 licenses. 
Failure to do so will remove your rights from using the files purchased and no refunds can be issued as per Terms and Conditions.
